Customer Reviews

“ Stopped on our way home and man the food was some of the best we have had from a chip truck. I had chicken souvlaki and my husband had a cheese burger. The owner and I got to chatting and he gave me a sample of his homemade hummus and onion rings. OMG he could bottle that stuff and sell it for sure! The onion rings were the perfect golden brown. You can tell that they take great pride in preparing the food. Chairs and tables could use an upgrade but honestly….its a side of the highway chip truck. What more do you need than a picnic table and an umbrella for the sun sunshine. We will for sure stop again. ”

“ If you want a proper burger, fries or hot dog on your way up or down the highway, stop here. Puts the traditional QSR’s to shame which you would expect. If you want a real treat though step up to the handmade onion rings. All done the old school way as it should be. ”

“ Lovely fresh food; french fries were actual potatoes a couple of hours earlier! Prices a bit steep but you get what you pay for. ”

“ Amazing! Stopped in in our way out of town today and split a pulled pork poutine, and I am a certified poutineologist. It was perfect. A ton of extra crispy fries topped with loads of curds, pulled pork, and gravy. The fries had to have been double fried as they should be for a proper poutine as they were extra crispy and not soggy. The pulled pork was very flavourful and the amount was more then worth the $$ and the gravy had a very good flavour. We were stuffed after sharing one. And the friendliest person working! As we sat and ate many people came and went ordering, complementing, thanking. This is clearly a hot spot along the highway by travellers and locals! A must stop for sure and we will be back! Thanks so much! ”
